Your purchase confirmation should arrive immediately to the email you provided us to contact you.
Please check your Spam, Junk or Other folders in your email, as it may have ended up there.
If you still can't find it, let us know by providing your full name and contact telephone number through any of our customer service channels, and we will investigate it together.
"Why does the confirmation go to the Spam, Junk, or Other folder?"
Your email security filters messages based on those you communicate with frequently, and completely new emails usually go to the mentioned folders. You can add us to your contacts or ensure our responses arrive in your main inbox.
"How do I know if my size is correct?"
Since our sizes are international, they may differ from what we are used to in Spain. Therefore, you can consult our size guide located at the bottom of each page.
Remember, if you are not satisfied with the size you received, you only need to contact our team to make the necessary change.
"I have received my order number, what should I do now?"
Once you have received your order number, you just have to wait for our email with the tracking number generation so you can check the status of your order. Please note that the generation is automatic and when you receive it, the Postal Service system may not be updated yet, so we ask that you try again in the following business days.
"I have received my tracking number but there is no information or it appears as non-existent or lost."
As mentioned in point 3, you received your tracking number which was generated automatically, so it may not be updated on the official platform yet. We provide you with alternative search platforms to verify the movement. We recommend starting tracking in the following business days.
"Where do you ship my orders?"
If you want to track your order number, you can do so in the "Locate Order" section.
In your first search, information such as "pending deposit", "pre-registered", or others may appear. Don't worry because this is the default state when created. You will be able to know more about the delivery and/or estimate in the following business days.
"Why haven't I received my order?"
If we have confirmed your order number and tracking number, it means that your order is in process and we are respecting the established deadlines. If you have any questions, you can read our shipping section and more in our Refund Policy.

"Can I change, cancel or return my order?"
Depending on the case, you can change, return and/or cancel your order. You can find more information in our Refund Policy.
